1. Recognition of Donations to Regions:

Regional Directors will provided letters to donors for all contributions over $250. Regions may elect to provide letters for smaller amount donations.

The Regional Director will recognize the donation, and the dollar amount, by sending a letter to the donor no later than January 31 for the calendar year in which the donation was made. Amounts should be based on calendar year contributions.

2. Records of Donations

The Regional Director will make 2 copies of the letter to the donor.

The Regional Director will, for their records, retain one copy of the donor's contribution letter for a least 3 years.
The Regional Director will furnish one copy of the letter to the donor to the California OM Association Treasurer for their records.

California OM Association Treasurer will retain copies of donation letters from Regions for a least 3 years.

Regions should maintain a list of all contributions based on CA OMâ€™s fiscal year (September 1 to August 31).

School Email Addresses: The webmaster has observed that several folks do not receive their password email -- so far they're all folks with school email addresses. If this happens to you, send a message to the webmaster with the user name you're registering and the password you want, and the webmaster will set it for you. (You can change it later). My reply email to you that tells you I've set it for you may also not get through: Ugh!

If you are a returning visitor but cannot remember your password or username, click on "Request new password" and, on the new page presented, enter either the Username or email address you used when registering. A one-time login link will be created and emailed to you. Your password is not changed (to prevent hacker mischief). When you log in with the link, set your password to something you can remember.

Accounts set up here are completely independent from those maintained at Destination ImagiNation Headquarters. If you are a membership coordinator, it would be helpful to create your account here with the same email address you use at www.shopdi.org, so we can more easily see that you are the same person.
